Scout — +0.1404 recruit-class average OVR per tier.
Salesman — +2.05 percentage points to recruit signing rate per tier.
Developer — 8.3% lower preseason development denominator per tier, compounding.
Builder — 3% lower go-pro and transfer departure odds per tier, compounding.
Booster — +0.1239 walk-on average OVR per tier.
Captain — +0.71 percentage points to regular-season win probability per game per tier.
Closer — +0.70 percentage points to tournament-game win probability per tier.
Financial Savvy — 1.3× coins from wins, conference titles, and tournament runs at max tier; power-ups and re-rolls are 6% cheaper per tier, capped at 50%. It does not discount skill-tree branches.
Coins are earned per career and reset when a contract expires. Wins above expectation, conference championships, and each round of tournament victory all contribute coins. Invest strategically to build the coaching identity that fits your playstyle.
